- 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, onion, garlic, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Take handfuls of the potato mixture and shape them into flat patties. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
