- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 cups couscous
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
-
In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes.

Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
