Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
- Chive Dip:
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

Season the ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.

Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture, reserving some for basting later.

Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours, basting with the sauce every 30 minutes, until the ribs are tender and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Meanwhile, prepare the chive dip by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well to combine.

Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Cut the racks into individual ribs.

Serve the sticky BBQ ribs with the chive dip on the side. Garnish with additional chopped chives if desired.
