Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Place the pork chops in a slow cooker.

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour the mixture over the pork chops.

Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours.

In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir the slurry into the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve the pork chops over rice or noodles, spooning the sticky glaze over the top. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
