How To Make Mexican-Style Pulled Pork Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.

Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker and add onion, garlic, and chicken broth.

Cook on low for 6 hours, or until pork is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.

Once pork is cooked, remove from slow cooker and shred with two forks.

Serve shredded pork on a warm corn tortilla, and top with cilantro, avocado, and a squeeze of lime.
