How To Make Thai Peanut Pork Tenderloin

Deliciously tender pork tenderloin with a flavorful Thai peanut sauce.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Chopped peanuts and cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Season pork tenderloins with salt and pepper.

  3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sear pork tenderloins on all sides until browned, then transfer to a baking dish.

  4. In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, chili garlic sauce, and water. Heat over low heat until smooth and combined.

  5. Pour peanut sauce over the pork tenderloins, reserving a little to drizzle over the top.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F.

  7. Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining peanut sauce and garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
