How To Make Pork Fillet with Mustard & Herbs

- 4 pork fillets
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the pork fillets with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, chopped rosemary, and chopped thyme.

Brush the mustard mixture over each pork fillet, coating them evenly.

Heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat and add some olive oil.

Sear the pork fillets for about 2 minutes on each side until they are nicely browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the pork fillets from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Slice the pork fillets and serve with your favorite side dishes.
