How To Make Hoisin and Five-Spice Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Juicy and flavorful pork tenderloin glazed with hoisin sauce and five-spice powder.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce and Chinese five-spice powder.

Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in an oven-safe pan over high heat. When hot, add pork tenderloin and sear each side for 2-3 minutes until brown.

Brush the hoisin and five-spice mixture over the pork tenderloin.

Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
