Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs total)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Season the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper.
