A succulent and flavorful pork tenderloin dish, marinated and cooked with a delicious apple cider sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix apple cider, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the pork tenderloin to the bowl and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the pork tenderloin and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned.

Pour the apple cider marinade into the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.

Let simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
