How To Make Pork Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork loin, cut into thin strips
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- 1 lb egg noodles, cooked according to package instructions
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and cook until browned. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onions and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms release their liquid and the onions are softened.

Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Sprinkle the flour over the mushroom mixture and stir until well combined.

Slowly pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly to avoid any lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the sour cream, dijon mustard, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Return the pork to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and tender.

Serve the pork stroganoff over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
