How To Make Teriyaki Pork Steak Recipe
Juicy pork steak marinated in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

Place pork steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Remove pork from marinade and pat dry with a paper towel.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork steaks for 6-8 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.

Serve hot with a drizzle of extra sauce.
