How To Make Lemon Herb Pork Steak Recipe
Juicy pork steak marinated in lemon and herbs, grilled to perfection.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks
- 3 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Place the pork steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure each steak is coated well.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight if possible.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.

Remove the pork steaks from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.

Grill the steaks for about 8-10 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
