How To Make Balsamic Pork with Watercress

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups watercress

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Add pork slices to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork slices. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and browned.

  4. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, add the watercress and cook for about 2 minutes, until wilted.

  6. Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the watercress and toss to combine.

  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until heated through.

  8. Serve the Balsamic Pork with Watercress hot and enjoy!
