- 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups watercress

In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
