Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.

Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloins.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork tenderloins on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the pork tenderloins from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Slice the tenderloins and serve with your favorite side dishes.
