Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, smoked paprika, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt.

Place pork tenderloin in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove pork tenderloin from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Place the tenderloin on the preheated grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
