How To Make Simple Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

  3. Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.

  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  6. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
