- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
