- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate dish, beat the eggs.

Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it gently to adhere.
