Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each pork chop into flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place coated pork chops in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Transfer the browned pork chops to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
