How To Make Honey-Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Place the pork chops in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the pork chops from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.

Grill the pork chops for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
