How To Make Mustard Chops & Chips

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely charred. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced potatoes in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.

Serve the grilled chops with the mustard sauce and crispy chips on the side. Enjoy!
