How To Make Hot & Sour Pork & Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, honey, and sriracha sauce. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add pork slices and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add onions and cook until slightly softened. Add bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Return the pork to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Garnish with green onions.

Serve hot over cooked rice.
