Ingredients
- 1 cup of diced ham
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the diced ham and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the ham and vegetable mixture to a baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the ham and vegetables.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
