How To Make Ham & Leek Cannelloni

Ingredients
- 8 cannelloni tubes
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the cannelloni tubes according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and leek and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, until heated through.

In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stuff each cannelloni tube with the ham and leek mixture. Place the stuffed tubes in a baking dish.

Pour the marinara sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cannelloni is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
