Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Take a handful of the mixture and shape it onto a skewer, alternating with bell pepper and onion chunks.

Grill on medium heat for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.
