How To Make Asian-style Ground Pork Stir-Fry
A savory and flavorful stir-fry made with ground pork and Asian-inspired seasonings.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the ground pork and minced garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the green onions, red bell pepper, and shredded carrots. Cook, stirring constantly, until the vegetables are slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables. Stir to coat everything evenly.

Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Serve hot.
