How To Make Easy Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 sausages
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large oven-safe skillet, brown the sausages over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.

Add the bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Return the sausages to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce.

Cover the skillet with aluminum foil and transfer to the preheated oven.

Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
