How To Make Crispy Pork & Vegetable Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the pork, cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place a spoonful of the filling onto a spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides, and seal the edge with water.

Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat.

Fry the rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
