How To Make Kale and Bacon Salad

Fresh kale paired with salty bacon and topped with sweet cranberries. The perfect combination of savory and sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale, stemmed and chopped
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss kale with the dressing until evenly coated.

  3. Add in crumbled bacon, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.

  4. Mix everything together, then serve and enjoy!
