- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 4 slices of bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion

- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
