- 4 cups of arugula
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy, then remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Once cool, crumble bacon.
