Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

In a bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create the Carolina baste.

Season the baby back ribs with salt and black pepper.

Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Brush the Carolina baste onto the ribs and continue cooking for another 1 to 1.5 hours, basting every 15 minutes, until the ribs are tender and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
