Ingredients
- 4 large Portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Remove stems from mushrooms and scrape out gills with a spoon.

In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.

Stuff each mushroom generously with breadcrumb mixture.

Place mushrooms on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
