How To Make Oyster Mushroom and Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and healthy stir-fry packed with earthy oyster mushrooms and protein-rich tofu.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
- 350g oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Drain tofu and cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add oyster mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes until softened.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Add to the pan and mix.

Add tofu back in and toss until coated.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve hot over rice.
