How To Make Oyster Mushroom and Goat Cheese Crostini
A delicious and easy appetizer with a combination of earthy oyster mushrooms and tangy goat cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 cups of oyster mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup of goat cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the chopped oyster mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread a heaping spoonful of goat cheese onto each crostini. Top with the sautéed mushrooms and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
