How To Make Chicken with Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are tender and golden, about 5 minutes.

Place the chicken breasts back into the skillet with the mushrooms. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
