Ingredients
- 1 pack of spring roll wrappers
- 1 bundle of enoki mushrooms, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of ginger powder
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together chopped enoki mushrooms, carrot, red bell pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and cornstarch until well combined.

Take one spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.
