Ingredients
- 1 package of enoki mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the chopped enoki mushrooms.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
