- 1 lb Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

Add oil to a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic and cook until softened.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.
