How To Make Baby Bella Mushroom and Brie Crostini Recipe
A delicious and easy to make appetizer loaded with savory baby bella mushrooms and creamy brie cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, cut into slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet, and brush with olive oil.

Bake the crostini for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and lightly browned.

Meanwhile, in a pan, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the mushrooms, garlic, and rosemary, and cook until the mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once the crostini are ready, top each slice with a slice of brie cheese.

Spoon the mushroom mixture over the cheese.

Place the crostini back into the oven and broil for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
