- 1tsplight ranch dressing
- 2ozturkey deli meat,roasted
- 1slicefat-free American cheese
- ½cupromaine lettuce,chopped
- 2slicesfat-free turkey bacon,crumbled
- 5grape tomatoes,halved
- 1tbspred onion,diced
