How To Make Avocado Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Baked chicken breast, creamy avocado, & lime all give these lettuce wraps a fresh yet filling bite. It’s great to have for lunch or even as a light dinner.

Ingredients
- 2chicken breasts,boneless skinless
- 2tbspolive oil
- 2tspmango lime seasoning blend
- 1large avocado,peeled, pitted and diced
- 2tbsplime juice,or more to taste
- 2tbsphot salsa
- 1tbspfresh cilantro,or more to taste, chopped
- 1tbspgarlic powder
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste
- 1headromaine lettuce,leaves separated
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle mango and lime seasoning on both sides. Place in a shallow baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake chicken in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until no longer pink in the center and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 165 degrees F. Remove from oven and cool for about 10 minutes or until easily handled.

Chop chicken into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Add avocado, lime juice, salsa, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; mix well to combine.

Serve on top of lettuce leaves to make wraps.
