How To Make Asian Veggie Patties Spring Rolls
This quick and easy recipe makes a twist on Asian spring rolls! Tasty veggie patties are layered with carrots and greens for a loaded bite.

Ingredients
- 2MorningStar Farms® Asian Veggie Patties
- 2clovegarlic
- 1tsptoasted sesame oil,or olive oil
- ¾cupcarrots,shredded
- ¼tspred pepper flakes,crushed
- 2tspreduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1tsplime juice
- 8rice papers
- ½largered bell pepper,or green
- 2tbspfresh mint leaves,slivered
Instructions

Cook patties according to package directions. Cut each into 8 strips. Set aside.

Meanwhile, in a small skillet cook and stir garlic in oil over medium heat for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Stir in carrots and pepper flakes. Heat through. Stir in soy sauce and lime juice.

Pour hot water into a shallow dish. Soak rice papers, one at a time, in hot water for 15 seconds or until softened. Remove rice paper from water. Place on a flat surface.

Top with 4 strips bell pepper, 2 strips patties, scant teaspoon mint leaves, and about 1 tablespoon carrot mixture. Fold sides of rice paper overfilling. Roll up, pressing the edge to seal. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
