- 1 pound spring greens
- 2 tablespoons nut oil (such as walnut or hazelnut oil)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Wash and dry the spring greens, removing any tough stems or wilted leaves.

Heat the nut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
