Ingredients
- 2 bunches of greens (spinach, kale, chard, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions

Wash the greens thoroughly and remove any tough stems or ribs. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the greens to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

Season with salt and black pepper, stirring well to combine.

Cover the skillet and let the greens cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender.
