Ingredients
- 16 large mushrooms
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
