- 16 large mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, filling it generously.
