Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Chopped fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Core the cabbage and remove the outer leaves. Place the cabbage in a pot of boiling water and blanch for 5 minutes. Remove the cabbage from the pot and let cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Carefully peel off the cabbage leaves and place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each leaf. Roll the leaves up tightly and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the sauce over the stuffed cabbage rolls.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the sauce has thickened.

Serve the stuffed cabbage rolls hot, garnished with fresh dill.
