Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, grapes, walnuts, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and caramelized.
