Ingredients
- 2 cups sprouts
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame seeds. Toast them until they turn golden brown. Set aside.

In the same pan, add sesame oil and garlic. Saute for a minute until fragrant.

Add the sprouts and cook for 5-7 minutes until they become tender.

Stir in the soy sauce, spring onions, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Serve hot as an appetizer or a side dish.
